A Little Beyond the Lines.

My name is Subah Al Jalahma. I'm a Bahraini artist and designer, currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance. While my academic world revolves around numbers, structure and precision, I've always been drawn to something a little less defined: art.

My journey began with little drawings, scattered colours and scribbles that rarely stayed within the lines. Looking back, I've realised that perhaps the most interesting things happened when I got them wrong.

Those imperfect lines and unexpected ideas taught me that beauty isn't always found in perfection, but in perspective. In seeing the ordinary differently, questioning the familiar and imagining what could be.

I believe beautiful art isn't just about what you create, but how you choose to see it.

That belief became the foundation of Subah Designs — a space where ideas take shape, stories come to life, and design goes beyond colours and aesthetics. Through every project, I hope to create something that makes people pause, look a little closer and see things differently.

I don't believe creativity should be confined to rules, or that everything needs to stay within the lines.

After all, some of the best things begin just beyond them.
